Born and raised in Lincolnshire in the UK. I spent most of my time in nature and as a result grew up with a love of the natural world. In my teens I volunteered for a whale and dolphin conservation project in Tenerife, this was to be the catalyst for me going on to study a BSc in Wildlife Conservation at Plymouth University in Devon. During my education I met my Canadian husband and we moved to the Pacific Northwest of Canada. In 2013 we had our first child, and he is the inspiration for our family blog. I hope that you enjoy reading about the love, laughter and sometimes tears that come with being part of a family-and not to forget the infinite amount of dirty laundry-welcome to ‘The Laundry Line’.
